During the end of the global warming phase of the Terracycle, shortly before the poles get hit with a deep freeze, a great flood may inundate the Earth.  According to the Bible, a similar flood lasted for 40 days and 40 nights before the waters began to recede.  Settlements soon followed in the land where Israel is today.  So the flood would have had to recede very quick.  According to the super storm theory, the water would have receded quick because the water vapor of the Earth was still falling in large quantities at the poles in the form of snow and ice.

Further research needs to be done to correlate super storms with the Biblical flood.
